In this day and age, I have found two things lacking in technical support, knowledge and customer service. These two are essential in great technical support. With years in customer service and equally troubleshooting a variety of equipment, from pc's to printers to servers, I have created an astounding mix of the two to create what I believe to be a great service for my clients.

     $60 per hour (normal per call rate)

     $110 per month (2 hours of support with 6 month contract. A $60 savings!)
